Assignment of ridership data
Direct assignment means assignment of a demand segment’s plausible paths to the network (User Manual: Assignment of ridership data).
Subsequently, any of the post-assignment analyses provided for public transport can be carried out.
- Volume display as bars along links (Tabular and graphical display)
- Flow bundle calculations (Flow bundles)
- Skim matrix calculation on the basis of directly assigned paths (if not already calculated at the direct assignment) (PuT skims)

Calculation of paths taking into account failed boarding (Fail to board)
- Calculation of PuT operating indicators, for example for line costing and revenue calculation (PuT operating indicators)
